Chef's Selection of Whites
Erbaluce Cuvee Tradizione - Orsolani
Obtained exclusively from Erbulace grapes, produced and aged for years in the bottle, this one of a kind sparkling wine is made only in small amounts. It is smooth and dry and is paired well with seafoods and light meats.
Franciacorta Brut - Montedelma
Made with 100% chardonnay grapes. It is aged in oak and spends three years in racking before its release. Wonderful fruit with lots of tiny bubbles. Only produced during the best vintages.
Tocai Friulano - Borgo San Daniel
Made from 100% Tocai Friulano grapes, this wine has delicate wild flowers on the nose with hints of citrus and balanced acidity.
Erbaluce "Il Vignot San Antonio" - Orsolani
This fascinating white wine shows exotic wild flowers and rose petal aromas with pear and honey notes on the palate. "S. Antonio" is named for the chapel dedicated to Saint Anthony, where the annual harvest mass and vineyard blessing is celebrated, and where Orsolani has its oldest vines.
Fracchia Chardonnay - Giabine
This wonderful, non-oaky, fruit driven chardonnay is light and delicious. To be enjoyed with fish or risotto.

Barolo - Lodali
Intense aromas of blackberries and cherries with hints of spice. Full-bodied with silky tannins and medium finish.
Nebbiolo Roccardo - Rocche Costamagna
Made from 100% nebbiolo grapes, this single-vineyard wine is bursting with ripe cherries, truffle, earth, richness and depth.
Nebbiolo - Fabio
Made from 100% nebbiolo grapes, this light red shows delicate fruit, earthiness, and richness with light tannins.
Rosso di Montalcino - Verbena
This younger wine made from 100% Sangiovese has subtle aromas of fresh fruit with hints of black cherries. It is fairly dry with a smooth finish.
Merlot "Just Me" - Di Lenardo
The late harvest of this wine gives it many intense characteristics. Made from 100% Merlot grapes that are partially air dried on racks, it has an intense red color with well balanced fruit and structured tannins.
Sogno dell' Uva - Cennatoio
A Super-Tuscan wine made in the Bordeaux stile with a combination of Merlot and Cabernet grapes. It has an intense nose of black fruits, violets and earth. It is silky on the palate with structured tannins on the finish.
Merlot Toro's - Riserva del Collio
Made only in the perfect vintages and from single-vineyard grapes this wine is deep crimson in color with dark red fruits, spice and earth. Silky on the palate with a rich lingering finish.
Dolcetto D'Alba - Rocche Costamagna
Made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, this wine is full of ripe cherries and earth. It is light in weight, but rich with flavor and finesse.
Barbera D'Asti La Bricca - Rinaldi
An intense, full bodied, deep ruby red colored wine with scents of ripe fruit and spices. Long and harmonious finish with silky tannins.
Ripassa - Accordini
Late harvest style Corvina aged on Amarone lees. Intense red color with garnet hues. Full bodied with a good structure.
Amarone Classico - Accordini
Intense garnet color with black cherry and raspberry aromas, full bodies and good structure.
Amarone - Botte di Fuoco
Wonderful garnet red color with intense berry aromas, full body, and a strong lasting finish. Pairs excellently with wild game and braised meats.
Soffio del Creato - Accordini
Harvested at full maturation this combination of four indiginous grapes is round, full bodied and concentrated on the palate with hints of black cherry and raspberry. A beautiful red garnet color.
Vino Nobile di Montepulciano "Reserva" - Corte all Flora
Made from the Sangiovese clone, Prugnolo Gentile, this wine exhibits a full body with a hint of blackberries and raspberries. The deep garnet color is complemented by its firm structure, balanced acidity and tannins.
Chianti Classico 900
This full bodied wine is full of dark cherry fruits, earth, leather, and tobacco. It has silky tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. Perfectly paired with hearty pastas, grilled or braised meats, and strong cheeses.
